1. Acceptance of Terms
By using BankSheet, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Service Description
BankSheet converts bank statement PDF files into Excel (.xlsx) and CSV formats using AI-powered text extraction. We provide this service on an "as-is" basis.
3. Free and Paid Plans
- Free plan: Up to 5 conversions per calendar month.
- Pro plan ($15/month): Unlimited conversions, billed monthly via Paddle.
4. Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for high accuracy, AI-based parsing may occasionally produce errors. Always review the converted data before using it for financial decisions, tax filings, or accounting records. BankSheet is not responsible for errors in converted data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload files you don't have the right to process
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the API
- Resell the service without permission
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of payment — no questions asked.
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax collection, and refund processing on our behalf. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
BankSheet is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, financial decisions based on converted data, or service interruptions.
